Has anyone heard of these saddles? They have the original flex panel system built in. I have one and love it but sold my horse and am not sure what type of crowd to market it to or where to begin as its kinda of a rare saddle and not cheaply made! Its one of the western styles w a horn and has silver RL custom conchos. Really nice saddle… hate to see it sit and not get used!
They are popular with trail riders, esp gaited folks.
I have two of them, they are super comfortable, and very well made. Richard Watson is retired now, so they aren’t made any more. If you don’t mind paying a commission, I have sold 2 saddles through HorseSaddleShop.com. They can send you a suitable box for shipping and postage paid ( for a fee), they take pictures of the saddle, and put it on their website. Lots easier than trying to show it to multiple people, and much larger audience. Downside is buyers have 2 weeks to try out the saddles, so sometimes is not a speedy process. One of mine sold pretty quickly, the other took a couple of months. I bought both of my Watsons used a few years ago, and I paid right around 1K for each of them. Both were in very good condition.
Try Endurance.net. They cater to endurance and trail riders who seek specialty saddles. Riders who will pay for quality and know what they look for.
