robaxin (methocarbomol) and usef

I have the hardest time navigating the USHJA and USEF sites when I need to find specific things. Can someone point me to the new rule for 2014 that says Robaxin has to be given 12 hours out before a show?

It’s 5mg/lb every 12 hours and administered no less than 6 hours before competition.
