I like Rockwell. Was happy he was at C yesterday. Happy he had the BEST view for the entire test.
Maybe be the problem is none of you have ever judged and have no clue what Iām talking about. Thereās a big difference in judging a GP test between M and C.
So Velvet is a judgeā¦hmmm. I have scribed and volunteer judged at a disabled riders facility.

Letās ASSume readers have never judged and have no clue what you are talking about. Besides the obvious difference in the locations of C and M, what else are you referring to? President of the Ground Jury is at C?

So? You arenāt watching the ride if youāre doing your job well as a scribe. Well, you do get to watch a bit, but most of the time you are heads down and writing.

No, it seems to be YOU who is assuming that someone reading your veiled comments knows exactly what you are referring to. Why not just write out what you mean?
Itās likely that MOST here have not judged a GP Test at C, so share your pearls of wisdom. :rolleyes:
You may think the BEST view of a test is from C, but thereās a reason that there are judges at the other locations around the arena at the FEI levels. Their scores matter just as much.

Your backpedalling not withstanding ā¦ The best view? I donāt think so. Itās ONE view. As you well know. I suspect that in the many years Mr. Rockwell has been judging CDIs, heās been at M a time or two already and knows what the judge in that position is supposed to be extra attuned to.
