Rolex Clock in Upper Left -- Wrong Time

This is going on one at least one computer and on my iOS phone. The time on the clock face is off by either -4 hours or +8, depending on how you interpret it. The time written below is correct. Any one else?

If you go under “Settings” from the left side of the blue bar near the top of the page, then select “General Settings” from the menu on the left, and scroll down to time and date settings, is your correct time zone selected?

Time is correct. But so is the clock at the moment. Phone and I are at home but noticed this at work
