I had that issue too…I closed out the browser and started over and it worked.
Closed out, came back to the spinning wheel of death. 
Not loading Tried quitting my browser and reopening, still not working.

Just spinning - have tried two different devices.
If you’re having loading trouble, try a different device. The video won’t load on my smart tv or my laptop but is working beautifully on my iPhone. Go figure.

^^^this, just tried it on my iPhone, loads just fine. It doesn’t work on my MBP running Chrome.
Nothing for me on any devices. Bummer
I’ve found out if you have a WHITE spinning thing then it will never load. You need the COLORED spinning thing.
