I listened to great advice, even which size underpants to have on hand, two sizes too big, so they were easy to put on and take off one handed.
Every bit helped, just having a plan and incidentals for it goes a long way.
That 48 hour shoulder block sure helped, did it.
Well I had forgotten that part !
OH ! My !!!
I had forgotten that part about the two size bigger underpants
but very true and helpful advice ~
You’re a riot Bluey !
I love that you remember all that RC stuff and share it ~
I will be sure to check in often then, thank you.
The good thing is, the original pain is gone. I had a bursa, and it was sending pain down the underside of the arm and across the chest. I couldn’t sleep.
Good to know about anticipated length of recovery. Unfortunately, I have an ambitious race schedule (cars) planned this season, and of course it’s the right arm.
First followup is Tuesday. I’ll be interested in what Dr. has to say. I was kind of stoned when I saw him in recovery.
