The store in question is a large consignment tack store. They’ve started stocking new items to round out their inventory. If dealer territory protections in tack work the same as they do in the music industry, I assume there’s a couple large wholesalers from which tack stores can buy stock from “open-territory” brands. These are a lot nicer than the Courbette another local store seems to buy as fill in. At least to my eye.
@js, from poking around, I get the impression that the woman at Classic may be the designer for them. I’ll probably give her a call. For a pony rider, it would be an absolute no-brainer – $595 for a 15" W tree saddle with leathers & safety stirrups included. By contrast, there’s a $5999 “Baby Butet” floating around
