Rule change to USEF judge ruling

Hi! This has been exploding on Facebook. There has been some wording changes on when you can ride with a judge. This does have something to do with eventing too! No more clinics with anyone that you might be judged by at an event. Here is the issue that Janet Foy has brought up.

Log in to your Usef account. after logging in, by going to the Additional Resources near the bottom of the Rulebook page. There’s a section for proposed Rule Changes.

For what its worth, the link to the rule change proposal now gives “404 page not found”
