Someone on FB suggested them and have to say they are The Answer. Like a stretchy brown fishnet stocking over your head that holds everything in place. My hair is too short for a pony tail but long enough to stick out everywhere. Love these.

I must be incredibly uncoordinated because it takes me a couple of tries to get it done right.
But once I have it on and organized it works great.
I can’t figure mine out either!! Every time I try to use it I end up with hair everywhere, and I can’t get the hair-over-my-ears-hunter-head. I end up going back to a one knot hairnet every time.
I love mine. My hair is about shoulder length and though most if it can go in a ponytail, I find my helmet is uncomfortable with that honking ponytail “knot”. I just slip the hairnet down around my neck, bring the thicker elastic part up to where I want it (I can’t stand anything over my ears so I put it just above them), and flip the rest of the net up and over my head.

I prefer a regular hairnet, I find that the RWR hairnet just makes a mess of my long hair. I can see it working better with shorter hair.
But I’d still use it in a pinch.
I have long hair and I love it. Could not stand the pony tail lump in the past. I pull the whole thing down over my head to my neck, then position the elastic band portion where I want it (I also bring it above my ears) then I pull the net part up as high as I can and then fold it over and place my helmet on top. Works like magic! Caveat to add, my hair is long but very fine.
I stick with good old fashioned bun ring and hair net, I only put the hair net over the bun part. I can’t get along with the idea off putting all my hair inside my hat (headache central!) and don’t get me started on the hairnet over the ears look, reminds me of childhood school dinner ladies, not a good look!
