S Hack nosebands

Quick hackamore question.

I purchased a used S hack, with a leather noseband. I love it, however the leather ends that buckle around the shanks had holes punched and the leather ends folded back under the buckle and it’s bulky and frankly quite ugly, as well as just a hair too big still for my horse’s face.

Where do you purchase replacement nosebands? I’ve seen the zilco one, does anyone know where to get a leather one that offers more adjustment? Or a custom sized one? thanks!

I have a synthetic one from Running Bear Tack- It’s much nicer than a leather one- softer, padded and easier to clean.
