Are there any saddle consignment places that buy your saddle outright? I’ve vaguely remembering a website that did but of course now can’t remember. And it could be just a fever dream…
Trying to source that out before I drop off a saddle at Pelham Saddlery and wait for it to find it’s new owner to get the cash out of it.
There used to be a few, like MD Tack Exchange, but I would be very surprised if there were any in the post-Covid times.
Highline Tack does it but only for half of the appraised value.
Try listing on Facebook/ebay/ Tacktackroom.com for what you would be willing to accept from a consignor.
