Saddle Fit Too Narrow?

I recently took a used PJ Pro/Delgrange saddle on trial and while I love it for me, I think it’s too narrow. Unfortunately it’s foam so that can’t really be adjusted, correct? It’s just odd because I’ve tried a variety of saddles/brands and the MW and W are too big while Mediums seem too narrow. He did not seem sore after riding in this saddle, while his old MW saddle made him sore.

He’s a quarter horse with very low/flat withers.

I only have one picture but any thoughts/suggestions would be appreciated.

Narrow

He looks like he has a decent wither. The saddle seems to be higher in front than in back. Looks like the deepest part of the seat is a bit far back. But it is hard to tell from just one shot.
