Saddle help! What might I like with a narrow-ish twist?

Late to the party here but I’ve been really struggling to find a saddle wide enough for my. It horse but narrow enough in the twist for my short legs / painful hips and back. By far the most comfortable for me so far has been the Prestige D1K Zero

I loved my Prestige D2000, but I had to sell it as it only fit my TB and he’s retired…
