So I finally got the Hufglocken Mattes pads in ordered during the holiday sale, and I’m wondering if I might be able to use one of them for showing. The rule book states “white or conservative color”—the pad is very pale silver, with black trim and silver and green piping.
I’ve never branched out from white—and will absolutely have a plain white one in the trailer!—but does this seem within the rules? The rest of attire is very conservative and non-blingy.

Thanks, was figuring what is essentially very light grey would probably fall within “conservative” but branching out from black and white is a little scary 
There’s a COTH problem with images that the developers are working on, so no one can see pics for now 
but you can click on them and open them in a separate window.

Oh, I see the same problem with the smilies, too.
I think that qualifies as a conservative color. You could always ask the TD just to ease your concerns though. However, are your breeches white, or light grey? Mixing white and something close to white, the near-white item can end up looking dingy, so you might want to see how it all looks together before the show.

Oh, good thoughts on the breeches. I only have white (or beige). I’ll have to check them out togther.
Or finally track down a pair of light grey…they’re difficult to find in full seats!
