We are having saddle fit issues.
Original saddle was too narrow for her. So as soon as I could I purchased a nice wide Pessoa that fits her well because the price was right (the seat is wearing away).
The problem is that I hate how Pessoas fit me. They hurt my crotch, throw my leg back and me forward, and just overall don’t work for me.
So now I’m ready to upgrade. I thought I had a decently healthy budget of $2k (though not a penny more unfortunately) but I’m striking out. Even the 5" tree Antares is too narrow for her (but of course fits me perfectly).
I can’t keep blowing through $100+ every time I try a saddle, so I need to narrow down my search. Of course, I live in an area with no decent tack/consignment shops.
Suggestions? Going custom is not an option. And probably will never be.
