safe for pasture / grazing product for grub infestation

---- and while some is certainly the Japanese beetle, what we have a huge infestation of is the June bug, larger beetle. Good grief, the moles (voles?) have made a patchwork quilt out of the pasture/paddocks. and with this summer’s crop of June Bugs coming out of the ground by the thousands (!) and swarming and playing a snare drum roll on my Ramm fencing all day long flying into it-----I finally figured out the mole/vole problem!

Now. WHAT can I apply/when/how to go after these??? I have to (!!!) stop feeding the moles to this extent. I’ve gotta get rid of them! I don’t think? Milky Spore is effective on both the larvae? and even so, don’t recall it being suggested for pasture/grazing?

one lawn guy says he feels applying a granular insecticide (called ‘Above and Below’) ‘now’ while horses are not here yet (probably not before January) would be ‘fine’ to do, and not harmful by the time they arrive? but, still…I couldn’t ‘re’ apply that type once they were.

PLEASE help me know what to do?

I’ve always used beneficial nematodes to combat grubs…

Milky Spore will only harm the grub/larvae, but I would think it would be very expensive for a pasture application. https://www.google.com/search?q=milky+spore+price&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=com.yahoo:en-US:official&client=firefox#q=milky+spore+price&rls=com.yahoo:en-US:official&tbm=shop

jawa: yes, sounds expensive…but, ? I don’t know if that’s all ? that I can use?
Jim: can you elaborate? a certain ‘brand’ or way of applying? Do they work independently or only to enhance an additional product (i.e. milky spore?)
