SALES ADVICE: Looking for an agent/rider to sell my horse

Sales Advice

Hi,
You should look at your price point and trainers in the area. See which ones would best align with your goals. Then, you can choose outlets to advertise with like gohorseshop.com, sporthorses on eventing nation or some of the facebook groups.

Unless he is a very high priced animal, sometimes it is better to cut your losses and sell him for a very reduced price locally … at least it is your money, and not lost in commissions, training, board. Time is money.
Every month saved in board is $ in your pocket.[/QUOTE]

I think based on the info that it is likely a 50-ish K horse (“Mid 5 figures”) this is not a fire sale sort of thing. OP seems to be able to pay for stuff. A couple of months of board will pay off for this high price- possibly.

A horse that can do GP and prelim absolutely can be worth even more than this purchase price.

Does not appear to be a backyard sort of deal.

Hopefully he is sold by now…

Right Manni01…LOL
