Looking at a foal to purchase. The seller gave me a copy of the score sheet from the inspection but it doesn’t say If the foal was premium. What is the cut off for premium or other distinctions for sBs foals?
Premium is an “A” which is a cumulative score of 48 and higher. That includes marks for overall type, front legs, hind legs, walk, trot and canter.
depends on the registry, Premium is the top in some registries but in others it is just above “presented” where Elite is the top. Contact the registry.
