What is everyone using for a lesson scheduling app now a days?
I am not particularly savvy with technology, but I am losing my brain trying to keep my lessons scheduled while I am at my day job.
I don’t use it for lessons but my hair stylist uses Square and while it has its issues the scheduling piece is awesome. From the client side it auto sends appointment reminders and confirmation texts. I wish my trainer would use something like this for lesson scheduling
some of my recent trainers have used scheduling apps and I LOVE IT.
both were nice experiences - schedulista is a bit better with text and email reminders
My barn uses the timetree app. Each instructor uses a different color. Not high tech but works well.
I am currently working on booking a lesson with someone who uses Vagaro and it seems pretty cool!
I am trying the Schedulista, aside from it having a lot of strange hidden options-it seems to be working.

My SO owns a gym and I use Vagaro for all of his scheduling. You can set up a lot of different payment options with autopay as well, which minimizes me chasing people for payments. It also sends them text notifications which is a god send.
Oh timely… Do these work through a Web site? I’m starting an LLC and will need some sort of scheduling entity through a Web site or a FB page or something for people to school and pay for said schooling.
