Scheduling software for lessons

For you dear Cothers who teach riding lessons, which scheduling software would you recommend?
The gym I go to uses MindBody - linked from their website - which seems to have - from a clients’ perspective - good functionality for scheduling and paying. But it also costs over $130/month to the business (more than I can afford for a side business right now). So what would you recommend as a software for online lesson booking with integrated payment options?
Thanks!

MindBody is what I was going to suggest when I saw the subject line. From the client side, it is very nice.

Hmm… a quick search led to a barn who is using Acuity Scheduling which appears to start at $15/month for one calendar. https://www.acuityscheduling.com/

I haven’t ever used it, but maybe that’s an option for you!

I know one instructor who uses Signup Genius - no idea what costs are associated but have also seen it used to sign up for volunteer slots at various non-profit events so it’s probably not much.

Signup Genius has a “free” version and a “pay” version (with more features).

I have used the free version. It’s nice for signing up for events… one-off events or regularly scheduled, etc.

Not sure how I see it would work into the ‘pay’ side that OP indicated she was interested in.

Parts of it aren’t necessarily intuitive but it gets the job done and for the group I use it for… if it’s free it’s for me

Thank you all! I’ll have a look at those 2 softwares!

I use Bookeo, which plugs into google calendar or there is a free self contained version.
