About 3 weeks ago, I somehow ??? irritated my sciatic nerve. Got acupuncture done today and for the first time since the injury I am pain free. Acupuncturist said don’t do anything to strain it, my pelvis or go upstairs. How long do you think before I could start riding???
Didn’t your acupuncturist give you a timeline on the activities you listed? I’d think when you are cleared to use stairs, you’d be able to ride.
When my sciatic flares up, riding is the one thing that doesn’t hurt. I guess I’m lucky!
Use ice on sciatic nerve problems and NEVER heat which aggraviates it.
