Searching for Stock Ties

Anyone out there know of any good websites that sell stock ties with patterns/colors on them? I have looked at Old Habit and they have quite a few, I just want a little more variety! Thanks for the help!

Not a website

But my wife custome makes patterned stock ties.

There’s a couple ebay sellers

These people usually have Tattersall but not today.

There’s another with Thai silk ones. For some reason searching for stock tie never finds them.

They also have some tattersall

I have purchased from all three. They are reliable sellers.

Horse Country has quite a few.

My friend finds these in England.

Just make some. All you have to do is roll the edges of a long thin rectangle, fold both sides to the middle twice, and there you have it.

Need to get my sewing machine out

Yeah, I’ve bought some fabric so I need to make them. Problem is that the fabric width is not long enough. so if you are cheap like me and don’t want to buy two yards of fabric and have leftovers you have to make a seam. I do have a couple of nice four folds to copy. And I have made some of the regular non four folds but it takes a little more labor. Trying to decided which kind to make with the material I have.

Buy the two yards, make several, sell some on FOL/Ebay and yours is free !

Yeah, I thought about that. Would also be good for Silent Auction at the Hunt Ball.

Not sure how you are laying out your pattern, but when my wife makes stock ties she uses about 1/4 of a metre of fabric. She does not have seams on her stock ties.

GREAT Seller and WONDERFUL ties

Interesting

I had a little trouble following what they were doing. Guess I haven’t had enough coffee this morning yet.
