I’ve been a busy little elf running around like crazy, but I’ve finally settled down and put some thought into what to get my wonderful person this year.

The order has gone in and now I await the other elves in the shop to assemble and deliver me your lovely items. I hope you and your closest equine friend will be delighted with the arrival of some new stuff that will keep you all looking great!

I can’t promise that your package will go out right on December 1st given the holiday this coming weekend, but I promise it will in fact be to your door before Christmas! Santa’s guarantee!

It would take a Christmas miracle to get your gift/s wrapped and shipped in time, so I probably won’t make the December 1st deadline. You are an elf after my own heart! Especially with a late Thanksgiving (and I’m a believer in not doing Christmas until after Thanksgiving), I’m fully sympathetic to your plight. PLEASE, take your time and enjoy the holidays. I wouldn’t open your gift until Christmas anyway, and I HATE HATE HATE the suspense of looking at a box every day and having to exert self control. So you’re doing me a favor by mailing it later in the month! THANK YOU!!! :lol:

I did so much online shopping this year I am gasping at the shipping charges, reindeer don’t work for free you know. Are you opposed to me shipping directly from Santa’s Helpers to you?

If so, is there a way you’d like me to address the box so you know it’s from me? Maybe Susan Coth? Or simply ChocoMare?

Subira… your elf escaped a conference today and got some early shopping done! Just a little early shopping in the big smoke - need to strike while the iron is hot!

My giftee will not have her gifts mailed by December first as I have ordered q couple things I know she will like.
Gifts will arrive before Christmas and I hope she will wait to open them.
I got matched with someone who I think I would be friends with if we were nearby.

Oh, elf! My elf! I received my package today (probably received it before today but only got to check the mail today)! THANK YOU SO MUCH! I couldn’t wait to open it…

I got a homemade bit warmer (how does a Ph.D. candidate find time for cool stuff like that?) which is PERFECT because I had one with corn in it and I just discovered that the blankety-blank mice ate a hole in it and ruined it. How did you know?

I also got some yummy hot cocoa, wool socks (I LOVE THEM!), and a Columbia ear warmer that is the most beautiful eggplant shade of purple. I truly love that, and…get this…I’m going to save it for good! It is not going to the barn! I have so many pairs of gloves, neck warmers, ear warmers, etc., that ALL end up at the barn. And then when I head out to work in the morning (and my job requires me to travel between two and sometimes three sites per day), I have no warm gear. When I saw the beautiful color of the ear warmer, I immediately knew it was never going to see manure or shavings!

And the two hooved ones thank you very much for their peppermints. They LOVE peppermints!
