Secret Santa 2021 is there a thread?

I love seeing these posts and the loot people got! And I love seeing how excited people were about getting it. I was so freakin’ thrilled about my own gifts I don’t have the words to really express it. Seriously. This was so fun!!! And thank you all for tolerating my Ammie issues!

Of course, if you feel you were grinched, please let me know. My dad sent me a package (originally ordered Dec 5), and tracked it, over a week ago and it has been in several states including mine…then out of state…it still hasn’t arrived. The post office isn’t totally reliable these days. I’m happy to reach out to your SS to see what’s going on and your package might be with my Dad’s package to me. We also have de-grinchers, but I suspect they won’t be needed this year.

You all made this so easy for me. I’m happy to organize again next year and am also happy to hand over the reins to someone else who wants to. I’m just very grateful that this COTH tradition, which I have loved so much over the years, didn’t die this year. I’ve been grateful for every gift I’ve gotten and use them all regularly. I love thinking “a COTHer got this for me”. I truly love that!

So happy to get feedback about what worked and didn’t work for you. Please PM me.

Thank you!

Yes, my cheesecake was well received. I told people exactly what I posted here - I put in some AZ local and awesome pecans but not very many! I want want want them for myself! People laughed and understood.

I’m all about giving my cc number over the phone. All about the old-school ways of processing payment. That’s the safest method, IMO. I’m totally cool with growers being off-line.

I’m so happy that we got to do this again this year. I got some awesome gifts, and sent some good ones (I think🙂). I also look at things that I’ve gotten over the years and remember that it was from this exchange (the most comfy robe ever, several tree ornaments, great books), so long live COTHSS!

Try Hoof Track Designs. They have the hate/bonnet combos. https://www.etsy.com/shop/HTtack

Uh-oh. I think I may have to buy something off of etsy… :flushed:

This typing errors has me rolling on the floor laughing!
(Because there are threads here were someone posts asking about ear bonnets and someone always has to post how they are stupid.)

Haaa, big OOPS.

Here ye, here ye!

Calling on @Mealticket and @painteduniverses. Could you guys PM me when you get a second?

Thanks!

Good to know! I got a small pack because…it’s different.lol It doesn’t keep very long either. It’s big here if people like it, but especially Valentines and Christmas.
I REALLY wanted to send some Aunt Rosie’s loganberry, but…wasn’t sure how to ship liquids past the Post Office police. When they ask if perishable, fragile, liquid…:grimacing::lying_face:
We won’t mention the mustard🤷‍♀️

My mystery secret Santa is keeping me cozy with a box full of scrumptious teas in addition to the yummy coffee. No gift notes were attached, so I don’t know who to thank - but thank you! I have so many fun teas to try out!

Sponge candy is amazing!! I live in an area where it isn’t abundant but not foreign either.

Secret Santa, the neck warmer is awesome! I used it at the barn yesterday and it is warm and super cozy. The chocolate is amazing too, I am trying to ration that best I can hahaha.

I got the most beautiful halter with my horse’s name on it. This is exactly why I love SS so much! Thank you so much @paintedpony!
