Thank you to my marvelous elf! I don’t think you included your actual COTH name, but Katie and Grady, you outdid yourself with all the wonderful things in my package! The browband is just amazing! I had to have Koda model it right away! Did you make it, or have someone make if for you? The colors are just perfect! And the Hufflepuff house crest - how incredibly cool and fun! I had my morning coffee in the Marauder’s Map mug! There was so much cool stuff in there, I almost missed some of it because it just kept coming! I agree that we would definitely get along well in real life 
Here is Koda in his new bling…his eye is healing from a scrape so his face is a bit scruffy, but he seemed very proud of his new browband!

I am so glad everything worked out! I would have done a leather browband but didn’t have time to order a blank and get it done. So I worked with what we had in the craft room already. I’ve never made a beaded one with paracord so I hope it holds up

So glad it arrived before Christmas! I had to special order the buckle ends for the reins but knew they would be much appreciated (and probably get more use lol), and happy to hear the cookies and the tiger’s tongue were well received!
THANK YOU so much to my secret Santa, especially for the PUZZLES! Clearly I should have taken a few days off of work. I’ve never had coconut coffee but I am intrigued and will definitely try it this week. And you can never have too many wraps or hats!

Bling looks good on any color horse, but in a very special way in horses with white or black heads! Gorgeous!
PS. You photo adds data to my informal database that white paints seem to keep themselves cleaner than any other color.

I waited until today to open your gifts. I LOVE THE NERDY GIFTS!! They are so perfect!!!
I got a nice thermos with bird decorations on the outside. I LOVE birds! This is such a perfect size and is just such a reflection of me.
The notebook… I got my PhD and did post-docs with the organ on the front. I SO LOVE IT!!! This will be my next work “note-taking in meetings” notebook since we all have to use electronic documentation these days. But I do all of my meetings with pen and paper and this is FREAKIN’ AMAZING and so incredible special. I am so appreciative of this cardiac-themed notebook. It is just perfect. Just. perfect.

You know, COTH, I’m always so amazed by the gifts I’ve received form SS. People can read so much into my soul from a 2 paragraph description of what I like. I’ve really loved everything I’ve received from Secret Santas over the years and this year is no different.

'Twas supposed to arrive just in time but alas my reindeer have failed.
Oh, don’t worry. The reindeer probably sipped too much eggnog and had to do a layover in Flagstaff. 
The tracking number says it’ll be here tomorrow. So it’ll be a New Years gift.

Glad it got there. Have fun planning and building your farm! My own cats flipped out over the giant chocolate catnip cookie, so I thought another big cookie would be appropriate for a Maine Coon.

I was thinking I need a catch all critters something or other in my car, and your emergency halter is perfect. Felix loves a good grooming so the groomer will be well appreciated just like the treats, of course! I have several leather things needing conditioner and I can’t wait to do the horse jigsaw puzzle.
The pieces de resistance are adorable matching handmade hats for Felix and I, I’ll just have to take a pix of us on Monday when I see him next!

The ponys will love the alf/molasses treats, and the nice black S/S riding shirt will come in handy very soon, and OHMYGOODNESS - homemade goatmilk cranberry soap!!! IT smells SOOOOOOO goood! Thank you for it all. It gave me a bright happy spot in this otherwise dreary & thankless season!!!
(I understand your parent situation a little too well… I’ve been caretaking for my Mom for the last 8 years, she is 91 now, and it is exhausting, overwhelming, and nobody understands how much fricking work it is to take care of an elder. Hang in there!!)
