SECRET SANTA!!! - Let the thanks begin!!!
Holy cow!! The pad is truly AMAZING. I’ve ALMOST bought him a nice pad 4-5 times in the last month…and this is prettier than anything I’d seen! WOW! And the Who can never be overdone (says the person with 40+hrs of work into a Doctor Who side tattoo lol). Truly amazing/ You’ve made my Christmas. Its been a hell of a month with one loss after another…THANK YOU for bringing me smiles!
I’m so glad I could brighten your Christmas! :o I had so much fun shopping for you and Nacho. And I even learned some things (mostly about tea  but also Doctor Who!) on the way! I hope the rest of your month takes a turn for the better and that you and yours have a fabulous 2015.

Sorry folks… all you elves need to step aside and bow to the Best Elf EVAH!.. UrbanHennery.

In perfectly timed stages, she sent a GAWJUS black & red plaid trimmed dressage pad, a new Terri Blackstock book (good suspense) and in a big box: homemade pickled & spicey goodies, humongo bag of yummies for the mares and treats just for me (which are hidden in the freezer).

Such love put into each item and its wrapping. <3

I got another box today! I LOVE the print, thank you so much! I feel so special getting multiple boxes. Nail art stuff is always awesome but I’m loving everything…you did a great job! 2 more boxes to go?!
Yup, 2 more, then may come after christmas though. So extra christmas yay!

I just got a box! The autobiography of Courtney King Dye, treats for horses, treats for me and Mom, a cat toy with a long streamer on a wand, jellies, a gingerbread candle, and some shea butter bath soap. Thanks, Elf! It all looks great (and tastes great, what I’ve tasted so far).

And one funny thing is that several of the items were wrapped in bubble wrap. I was just this morning as I worked mentally wrapping stuff tonight to take on my Christmas trip to family tomorrow, and I was wishing I had some bubble wrap for one that’s rather fragile. Was even debating the merits of stopping at Walmart tomorrow on the way out of town for last minute bubble wrap vs. the madness of stopping at Walmart on Christmas Eve. So that problem solved, too! Thanks for the bubble wrap as well as the gifts.

I haven’t opened my stuff yet. I saw the thing from Amazon but still leaving them wrapped for Christmas. I don’t get many things so I enjoy getting packages to open Christmas day.

draft elf,

I checked my emails and I did not see anything. I may have a blindly deleted it as spam. BUT if its related to our previous conversation, is it hand made?

Thank you for the congrats on finishing school, it was a long 7 years!
It is not, but gives directions on many, many homemade things.

Does that narrow it down?

I am hoping to send your package out tonight, and will try for overnight shipping. I was waiting on one item, then Draft Foal caught a bug over the weekend…never fear, your package was in the truck, waiting to go to the post office, so germs will not be among your gifts this year.

I TRULY apologize for the delay, and hope that it reaches you in time for Christmas!

DO NOT OVER NIGHT!

That is just plain silly, NO REASON to spend that extra money on overnighting, it will get here when it gets here.

I will be spending Christmas Eve and Day in Daytona with my pop, his SO and my SO, really DO NOT OVERNIGHT.

I am going to PM you so you get this.

Got ALL the messages! Safe travels!

I got a package from my elf with a gorgeous leather halter and a fancy saddle pad which I LOVE!!! Perfect presents! But I have no idea who said elf is - there was no “reveal”. Elf - I LOVE MY STUFF!!!

Dear Flashwhitelock

There will be one more wee, tiny package coming to you. You’ll already know who I am by the time it arrives but that’s okay!

I finally got to a special place today here in town to find a special something for you so it’ll be within the 12 days of Christmas. That should work!

Ho, ho, ho

You Elf

Chocomare - so glad you liked it all. I had such fun making a plan and executing it, even if it was a bit slower than I hoped. Enjoy your Christmas!

PrimoAmor,

Regarding the USPS grinches, I have looked up the procedures for filing a lost box claim. They say you have to wait 5 days after mailing for Priority, but I assume the 25th doesn’t count, so it will be Friday. It’s pretty clear from tracking that something has gone awry, but if it does happen to resurface before Friday, let me know. Otherwise, will start then on claiming insurance and replacing stuff. This is why elves should always keep shipment receipts!

Better that there was a problem with Box 1 than Box 2, but I’m sorry it won’t get there by Christmas.

Your elf

OMG OMG OMG

LittleLuck55 is literally the most thoughtful elf there ever was! First I got a HUGE bag of all natural treats for my two Great Danes, along with a very cute sign that’s now hanging in my hallway that says, “A House is not a Home without a Great Dane” (SO TRUE) Then my main box came and OMG am I totally blown away. Tons of nice human treats, then of course a huge tin of peppermints for Chip and a big bag of bran mash mix. Then there was the grooming block which will come in handy because my horse is a hairy dirty mess! An awesome pair of boot socks and something called a super groomer which says it removes pet hair off of upholstery…that will DEFINITELY come in handy with two dogs and a horse, lol. A great re-useable plastic cup that says “I Love My Dogs” (seriously, they definitely picked up on my “obsessed with my dogs vibe” lol) And a beautiful vest along with a long sleeved T-shirt (how did you know I love t-shirts?!) from their home state of Kentucky.

BUT WAIT, there’s MORE! I was literally blown away and almost on the verge of tears when I unwrapped THIS, a BEAUTIFUL graphite drawing of my horse! (Original photo for reference, they nailed it!!!) This is literally the most thoughtful gift I’ve ever received. Thank you SOOO much!!!

Eleanor:

Star of wonder, Star of Sight, Star of horse’s beauty bright, Address moving, still proceeding, follow the mail truck through the night.

Okay, I won’t try to re-write any more songs. Definitely not this elf’s forte.

Hmmmm, what could be in store for a Canadian in far province of Canada???
We will see what the first days of the New Year will bring…Santa’s sleigh was bogged down with some directional navigation troubles but all is rectified. New GPS coordinates are in place.

What a treasure trove of gifts from my elf! Such an amazing set of gifts, I’m not even sure I can remember it all: a lovely trivet, made in her area, treats for me and my horse, festive wear for the kitties, a hat for walking, a great Tervis tumbler with an embroidered horse!, and I know there was more - plus the two Kindle books sent as teaser treats! What a thoughtful, meaningful set of gifts that really brightened my Christmas.

Thank you so much to my elf, who knows who she is.

PS Oh the socks! They look so comfy, and the foot rub, and a coaster, and maybe more - I keep remembering things!

PPS Added an image of Bud sporting the latest holiday fashions and overseeing the gift unboxing!

Okay, I think I got all of them! A second print came and a book on horse brass!! I’m so happy with all of my gifts, you were a great elf!!

Oh my gosh! I have to wait for another package??? I’m having a hard enough time trying to keep my hands of the 2 under the tree. (Sitting on hands.) My elf has definitely made this fun with anticipation. I think she is amazing!

OMG That drawing is priceless!!! I wish I had thought of something like that.
WOW! Who did it? It’s really, really good.

I am so glad they all came in time for christmas and I am so happy you liked them all. I saw the Horse brass book and thought it was a great find and a must have for a collector. and what nautical theme would be complete with out prints! and of course a compass to get you on your nautical way!

It was a pleasure and always fun to shop for others!

Elfetta!!!
Oh my! You are just the best elf ever. I had a terrible night shift last night and all my resolve to wait til Christmas came crumbling down ( I also ate a LOT of chocolate overnight). So I decided to open a few of my gifts today and leave the rest for tomorrow. The ear bonnet is awesome and will look terrific on my horse. The scratch mitt for the dogs is terrific I tried it out on 2 of the three and it got a big “paws up”. And then, then, then I opened the lead rope!! I have never seen anything so beautiful, and with my name plate on it! It is just the most beautiful and thoughtful gift ever. I am just so overwhelmed with your generosity and thoughtfulness. I just can’t thank you enough, or really explain how touched I am and how much I love it. Thank you so very very much. I will open the rest tomorrow ( slinks off to bed for the rest of the day with new lead rope hidden in jammies pocket, to sleep with it under pillow).
