Seeking info. about vintage saddle made by Freeman's Saddlery in Klamath Falls, OR

Hi. I have a show saddle which was made by Freeman’s Saddlery in Klamath Falls, Oregon. It has a date of 1971. It is in very good condition (looks like it wasn’t used much) and has sterling silver accents (it is my understanding that the sterling silver is real sterling). The original breast strap is with the saddle. The saddle was custom-made for the original owner when she was a youth. Apparantly Freeman’s Saddlery is no longer in business, but reportedly made good quality saddles. I am interested in finding out what the value is of this saddle. Any input would be appreciated!

If you google vintage western saddles, there’s a couple sellers that come up that handle a lot of these old beauties. Usually if you email them and send photos they may be able to help you w/ pricing. Also on Horse Grooming Supplies forum there’s a member called TackCollector who has an encyclopedic memory and much knowledge on pricing old saddles. She’s unbelievable about how much help she could be.
