Safety deposit box I assume. Which is why I don’t trust my phone a whole lot though it is a good idea.
When we were evacuating for a hurricane—you know, when you have no time—I quickly walked through the house videoing as much as I could—closets, too, just so I could remember what I had.
It’s easy to forget about that nice little chair or picture in the least used guest room, etc.
The video wasn’t pretty, but it got the job done.
There was somebody in my area who rented barn after barn and was famous for departing in the wee hours of the night–after the current landlord was fed up with rent being in arrears–taking with her everything she could wrest from the barn–stall gates, mats, screw eyes, water tubs, etc.
I’ve been wondering too. Hopefully the OP is busy with making the farm her own and the loo loo sellers finally got everything and are never to be seen or heard from again!
Another garden mover here.
I knew the buyer would not appreciate the 1/4 acre worth of shrubs, perennials, and small trees I had put in, so I had our realtors write into the contract that all plants were going with us. I had to explain to them that yes, I could do that as long as it was written in. The move was exhausting, and the plants nearly did me in, but I love my plants!
If only I had taken the craftsman wall sconce on the front porch…
