Shefit bra

A few months ago was a thread about bras. I ordered the Shefit sports bra and wore it for the first time today. I thought I would just give my opinion of it.

I am a BIG woman with big boobs to match and I don’t ride. I just don’t feel comfortable doing that to my horse. I do work with him on the ground and do a lot with him. It is hard to keep the girls contained bending over and jogging next to him.

I do have an Enell, but I really needed another bra. I was hoping that this one would be easier to get into. It’s not.

So the good:

I like how adjustable it is. Both should straps are easy to adjust and then you can also adjust around the rib cage, which is really what I was attracted to.

It is pretty comfortable. I may have adjusted the rid cage strap a little tight, but I can change that. The should straps and cups were very comfortable.

It does lift the girls up.

The bad:

It does create a uniboob. This was something that was discussed on the other thread. Although it does lift, it doesn’t separate.

I hate the 10,000 hook and eyes on the Enell, so I thought that a zipper would be easier. It’s NOT! Getting the whole thing started is a challenge as you have to hold the bottom together, start the zipper with the other hand and with some mysterious third hand hold the middle together so that you can the teeth close enough together to get it started. Well … I did mange it, but it was not what I would call easy. Once it is started it gets easier.

It doesn’t come in nude. That kinda bummed it out. So I went the other direction and got teal.

Anyway I welcome other reviews. I just wanted to share mine.

Did you see the small hook that you can use to hold the bra closed while you get the zipper started? It sure makes it a lot easier. I love my shefit bras.

I ordered one too.
Can’t ever have enough bras you can ride in.

Mine was fine, really supportive, look good quality, was unibob too, which I don’t mind, but didn’t quite fit like I needed, so sent it back without wearing it around.

Maybe wearing it some may have changed how I felt, but I doubt it.
I think I needed a different size, but didn’t want to order another, in case it too didn’t quite fit.

They were fine with taking it back and returning the money, good company to deal with.

I am still using my regular basic every day sports bra and an Enell over it to ride.

@Hopeless Have you been able to wear it and move around in it a lot yet? I’m looking for a new bra and this one LOOKS like it has everything I’d need. I usually wear the Minimal Bounce bra (Sporteze) and it really straps these suckers down, and is good for both riding and running, but this most recent one I bought is incredibly uncomfortable under the arms. I’m going to blame that on the bra and not on getting older and accumulating more pounds . . .
