I’ve had it for a while. It is pretty fantastic. I thought maybe some of you might really like it too, so am posting this. It has a heating element you can turn on and off, which is nice.
Tonight I used it on some serious shoulder, knee, leg and feet knots. I am so grateful they invented this.
That looks like it really will work on some knots in my calves. Thanks for sharing!
I will have to check this out. I suffer from sore, knotted neck and shoulder muscles.
Note, if you find it a bit too hard, put small towel or washcloth underneath it or just don’t keep it too firmly against your body. It is, basically, a few hard, round plastic balls that rotate and knead. If you have some of those hard muscle knots that you can palpate and roll around, it will work them out.
