I have funds left over in my kids’ 529 college accounts and would like to use the money on riding lessons in Europe or US. The rules for use of the funds are that the course has to be from an accredited university. Does anyone know of any week long classes offered for outsiders in an equestrian program in Europe or US. Thanks.
