These people are the best! I’ve ordered a few items from them here and there - they have good prices, fast shipping (free if you order $49+ worth of products) and they have a very reasonable return/exchange policy.

Last week I ordered a harness for one of my dogs that turned out to be too small. When I called this morning to get instructions on returning it, the very nice customer service woman said, “oh yes, I’ve done the same thing!” Then she promptly refunded cost + shipping onto my card and said, “The only thing we ask is that you please donate the item to a rescue or shelter.” I explained that the item was still brand new - we hadn’t even had it near the dog since I knew it was too small the second I opened the box - and she just reaffirmed the same: give it to a shelter or a rescue. One of the women I work with does rescue work, so I handed it off to her for her group.

I’d have ordered again from them anyway, but this seals the deal!

I agree, their customer service is great! The first time I ordered from then, a few cans in one case of food were dented to the point where I was hesitant to give them to the cat. I talked to a customer service rep, wanting to know if I could send those cans back and get replacements for them. They told me to just discard the cans, and, they sent me an entire case as a replacement. At that point, they had me as a steady customer.

I got a hand written post card from them thanking me for my order after I had only ordered from them twice! They also shipped a relatively large order of food and litter the same day when I didn’t place it until late afternoon. It was their standard free shipping too, not even expedited. I probably got the shipment confirmation an hour after I’d placed the order. They’re great!

I have never heard of them. Going to go check them out right now. Need to do some Holiday gift ordering, maybe they are the place to do it.

I LOVE Chewys. Pricing is better than local and I dig the auto ship–I never have to remember to pick up food. I do have one brand I can’t get there (Hound & Gatos) but all of my other pet food comes from them!

Not the best first impression of this company.

I placed an order for a bunch of miscellaneous dog toys and chews. My order arrived yesterday missing one of the items. The item is not shown as back ordered or such on the packing slip, it says it is included in the box.

Their customer service representative was very nice on the phone when I called and said I was missing the item (one of the lowest priced items I ordered). She said the item will be sent out to me immediately.

The order mentioned above was fixed very quickly.

I placed another order from them last week, included an email question with a request for a certain color item (an item sold as ‘color varies’). They went above and beyond and made sure I was sent the color I wanted.

I plan to have Chewy top on my list of places to shop at from now on.

I also use Chewy.com!! I get both my dog food and wet cat food through them (on auto ship). I got a hand written Christmas card from them!! Love them and suggest them all the time.

They are great. I use them for monthly dog food delivery. The local places could not reliably stock the Acana and Orijen, but Mr. Chewy has been great :).
