Great round from the Japanese rider on California. Some interesting surpises already.
Gorgeous round for the Japanese.
The grey mare was a bit scary between the jumps but jumped beautifully.
Things seem to be starting to go a bit more smoothly now.
Our Canadian friends will be very happy with Mac Cone’s round.
Great job by Mac Cone. I just love Ole’ – I have a soft place in my heart for horses with a nice kick in the air. The best jumper I ever rode had went just like him.
I LOVED the Japanese rider. Quiet horse, quiet rider, very nice round to watch. Also, he’s not bad to look at. 
And hooray, a great start for Canada!

bummer refusal for Alberto from Mexico. Looked like the fence was a bit of a surprise for the horse.
Scary stop for the Mexican rider! I thought the horse was going until the very last minute . . .
And Mclain pretty much needs a clear round to be competitive. No pressure though. :winkgrin: Rooting for Sapphire!

Yay!!! He kept the turns tighter than most and it seemed to help with the time. Nice and balanced all the way around. McLain is such a beautiful rider, the horse ain’t half bad either!
