Hi there – I used to want to get one daily email of subscribed threads. That was before I realized there was a subscription folder where I could go look at them! D’oh! Now that I found that, I’d like to shut the emails off. I have selected the option “through my control panel only” on the General Settings page, but I am still getting emails. Is there another way? Is there a short delay? Am I channeling Dr. Seuss?

Sometimes there can be a delay in emails going out through the system, so let’s see if the issue persists today.
Please be sure that you clicked “go” from bottom of the drop-down menu to save your preference of “through my control panel only” after you checked the boxes to which you want it to apply.

Update: several days later, they still just keep on coming. I did go back to the settings page. When I opened it, the option I wanted (“through Control Panel only”) was already selected, so I know it stuck the first time – but I even selected “save changes” again just for giggles. That was a couple of days ago, to no avail. This is not the worst problem in the world, but it is a little frustrating. Thanks!
