Sorry if this has been posted previously, but do you need to be staying at the hotels that offer shuttles to actually take the shuttles or are they first come first serve? Last time time it was first come I believe?? Been awhile…!

No. You can just be there and get on. They’re not checking tickets or anything. Unless they change it, which I doubt.
