My son of Silver Train was the best horse I’ve ever sat on. He could jump the moon, was a beautiful mover, super sound, kind and honest. He was the perfect unicorn everybody wants. Very typical AP Indy, from Silver Train. Ranger won at training, prelim, intermediate and cci2*. He died in June, on xc, due to cardio/pulmonary failure. Nothing preventable, and to my knowledge nothing heritable.
I’d love to have another Silver Train, especially a mare for breeding.

I’ve seen two Silver Train (Old Trieste x Ridden in thestars) horses in person, so granted, it is n=2 but they both had canters to die for. Whether that is the Cormorant or the AP Indy in them, I cannot say, but both sires are very well known for very good movers and type.

I dont know if its the photo but that mare has a strange topline-possibly a mild roach in her back. I would want to see more photos from side on.
