Has anyone had luck returning a set of these?
I have 4 that were never on a horse and I’ve tried emailing and calling the company to get directions on returning them; crickets.

Hate to be a bearer of bad news, but no. I tried them on my boy and for some reason his legs swelled up so bad I thought he had cellulitis. I bought two pairs and wanted to return the unopened one…no dice. I was very disappointed in how I was treated.
Thanks for the info, now I go into warrior mode. I just left my 3rd voicemail for them, next step is cancelling the credit card charge.
Just a quick update. I actually spoke with someone there yesterday and she said to mail them back for a full refund.
Glad to hear! My experience was 2 or 3 years ago so I’m happy their customer service has improved.
Was going to buy these but not now. My guy is sensitive enough.
In fairness, I’m returning them because there is no way they will fit my horse and I didn’t want to go custom which are no returns.
People I know have had good success with this product for chronic scratches. My horse’s problem was more with inflammation which Incrediware wraps have mitigated.
My guy also has inflammation. I’ll look into those.
Update: Well it took a couple of months but I got an email today that I was receiving a full refund.
