sires with the best conformation, your picks

There was a 1/2 to Petionville (I think by Quiet American, by Fappiano) running at Beulah for a very low price last year. He’s a wonderful sport sire.

Texarkana, I am friendly with Get Stormy’s former trainer and followed his whole career. “Clyde” was a barn favorite and a very handsome boy, indeed.

What a nice group of horses you all have selected.

I’ve always liked Petionville, myself.

I agree, my favourite horse of all time is by him.

Clyde-- I love it! There was a good chance I was going to send my only TB mare to him this year, but she is laid up and will miss this breeding season.

I’m crossing my fingers it works out for next season!

Drool.

No one has mentioned Tiznow - anyone a fan of him?

Lane’s End doesn’t lack beautiful stallions. Lemon Drop Kid:

I like Tiznow. He’s big, and attractive, but not the best conformation IMO. Here’s a picture of his son Well Armed, who’s one of the most pigeon toed horses I’ve ever seen. You can even see it from this angle http://s267.photobucket.com/user/learfan/media/WellArmedOct09.jpg.html?sort=3&o=41

Of course that fault didn’t stop Well Armed from winning over 5mil!

He is nice looking. As an aside, I called him Petitionville for years.
