Bernardini would be my top pick.

sorry for the double new thread post, I asked them to delete the other one, so please don’t post in it
Treasure Beach
I am not going to look at ALL stallions - there are so many to choose from - but of the ones I have looked at this year here in FL, I really like this guy, Treasure Beach [Gallileo(IRE) X Honorine (IRE)]. I like his uphill build and good bone. The picture on the website is nice, but I don’t think it shows his neck and head off ro advantage and is missing the “presence” that this guy has, so I have also inlcuded a picture I took.
My picture:

I also really love Poseidon’s Warrior - for both racing and a sporthorse. He’s my type of horse. Again, website shows a thick throatlatch, but overall I love his balance:

Other than those (and a disclaimer, hubby is the Stallion Handler in the pictures there!), there are so many that I love!
Giant’s Causeway is also a favorite. And among the newer stallions, I thought Gio Ponti and Animal Kingdom were both great looking.
Cool Coal Man is a bit long in the back but is otherwise drool worthy.

I really like Bernardini too.
Delineator is my top pick, throws some amazing chasers that take to eventing like a fish to water. I really like the SC dynasty - GC is also a close favorite, though I’d like to see him with a nice moving mare for sport. But this is the racing forum, so my opinion may not really be valid…
Also, I may be biased, but I’m seeing a lot of Say Florida Sandy kids pop up in tracks around here… And he is really nice looking, but nowhere near as accomplished in the shed as the horses everyone else has listed.
I love Wimbledon. Have always wanted to send a mare his way.

Wow. 98 starts in his career.

And retired sound! I’ve done a lot of browsing around COTH, have talked to many people who have some of his offspring - they are all as nice and quiet and sound as he is. I have one myself who is a very old soul - been on stall rest/limited turnout for a racing injury for about five months now… you could take him out with just a halter and graze him for hours.
I’ve liked every single one of his kids I’ve seen - he really stamps his kids, most of them are a dark solid bay with the same walk and personality.
What about War Front? He’s a beautiful stallion too - his foals are IIRC, doing VERY well on the track… Too well for the Hjers and the EVs to scoop them up and repurpose them!
I had a Wimbledon come through to rehab once, wasn’t impressed. His career ended due to a sesemoid fracture, but they told me he constantly had little issues throughout his training (never made it to a race). He was a decent mover, not great feet, not built great. He was sweet, however. He was sent on to be a low level dressage horse, so I was told.
Just one example, could have been a dud.
Stormy Atlantic.

I have a friends who’s 13yo daughter has brought along a lovely Say Florida Sandy mare pretty much on her own. Kid is a nice rider but not a superstar and the mare is lovely.
I’ve always liked Midnight Lute.
Union Rags would be one of my top picks http://www.lanesend.com/stallion/union-rags
witherbee: Treasure Beach is gorgeous.

Call me crazy, but he’s never caught my eye as “attractive.” Maybe because Claiborne puts the least effort I’ve ever seen into taking attractive pictures of their stallions. I mean, they’re selling seasons to him for $150K a pop, can’t they at least get a picture of him with his ears forward?!
He looks like Northern Dancer II. Not a bad thing, but I’ve never thought Northern Dancer looked drool-worthy in pictures either.
Actually Wimbledon is standing at Valor Farm in Texas. He won the Louisiana
Derby and was considered a contender for the classics, but had an injury. He’s getting some winners - 75% runners and 66% winners, 11% stakes performers. He is ranked among the top five sires in Texas by 2012 SW. I don’t think he’s the horse you had in rehab. His dam sire is by Darn That Alarm, who sired SW and the great steeplechaser, Darn Tip Alarm and some others.

I think she was talking about one of his offspring.
What a nice group of horses you all have selected.
I’ve always liked Petionville, myself.

Yes like Beowulf said, I had one of his get, not Wimbledon himself.
