I believe all 4 riders go for each team (if neccesry, sometimes 4th doesn’t need to go because they are ahead without drop score).

Mickey, the Chef selects one rider to jump off for the Team. Or at least that is how it is in normal Nations’ Cup format, so I am pretty sure that it’s the same here.
And, if there is a tie, there is also a jump off for the lesser medals. No ties.
