Anyone tried the SMART equestrian planner? I am all for anything that can keep me organized and inspired but it is rather pricey. Any planners that you love that have goal setting pages/etc?
a yellow legal pad… used these for Decades, but referred to infrequently as once written down the task for me is remembered as I can easily recall by visualization the written page.
We taught all of kids to make lists when they were showing… they learned to planned from their failures to add an item to their list.
In the olden days there were the same planners as this SMART planner… I believe they were marketed under the name of Day Planner (?)
But really, those were for the prestige of pulling the little leather bound calendar out of the pocket to show the client you were interested in them by adding their appointment to your calendar
We used to get a yearly calendar from our insurance agent but finding that we were paying thousands of dollars for the two bit calendar we changed agencies and now just buy a yearly planning calendar for a few dollars were everything is recorded
So, some people need the encouragement of a companies like SMART planner and will use it since they paid $59 for something
(it has appeared that $57 to $59 has become the old $19.99 expected price point for products… once I did a study for a college economics class to determine the “friendliness of pricing” … found then most people were more agreeable with pricing ending 3 or 7 )
There are a number of places that sell printable organizing pages for equestrians (you might start with Etsy!)
