I recently added to a thread on here complaining about SmartPak. So it seems only fair that I update that they have reached out to me and made things right. It was back to the excellent customer service they were originally known for, so hopefully that continues and we don’t see the glitches that have happened of late. Kudos to SmartPak!

I called them last week to ask for some measurements on some of their SmartPak boots. She had to call the warehouse to get the info, but she did call me back. I appreciated their efforts to get the info and get back with me.
@Natalie A wow good to know! I’m 5’2" and often half to fold up the bottom of my breeches. One of my items was Hadley breeches, which I was quite happy to find were a good length for me.

I’m 5 feet, the Piper breeches fit me perfectly (well, they go to my ankles, as do all breeches), no idea why the overpants are so much longer!
