Thanks for all the advice! I should have also asked if there are any other good horsey stores to visit in the Boston area when I’m in town…I know it’s probably a long shot, but thought I ought to check. I love finding cool places when I’m traveling, even if it does make DH grumble that everything doesn’t always have to revolve around horses!
Horseman’s Exchange in Littleton does half new, half consignment so they are a different type of store than SmartPak. The owner is a longtime A circuit rider so she has a good eye.
The Smartpak store is amazing. The clearance section will get you in a lot of trouble. The Dover store is not worth the drive IMO. It’s in a gorgeous location but very small and doesn’t have anything you can’t find anywhere else.
