Thought I’d ask about them here as well as on Horse Care.
I know Smith Bros is Dover owned, and the Open Range Supreme Turnout Blankets look a lot like and are described a lot like the Dover Rider International Supreme Turnout Blankets, but are about $60 cheaper.
Are they the same as the Rider Internationals? Anyone here have one and how do they fit? Would they do for a small (15.3+) TB?
I do not know about this specific product but I have found other things to be the same product, with a lower price, in the Smith Bro. catalog. It would not surprise me if it is the same blanket.
They have their Heavyweight 1200D blanket on sale now for $99 and there is coupon that lowers the price by another $5. They also have coupons for their turnout sheet ($79.95) and their midweight blanket, which is down to $85 from $104.
Have never seen either blanket in person, but you’re right, they look just the same!

Viney, I have 3 of the Open Range turnouts, going on 4 years now, and they still look like they are brand new.
They are just like the Dover blankets.
I highly recommend them.
