She’s not an imp. She was just “keeping his tail warm” for him. Yes, I’m sure that was it. How thoughtful. Such a sweet, innocent little kitten couldn’t possibly have been thinking of playing with it.

I know she’s getting bigger - she has to be! - but it’s so hard to see it! She’s still so LITTLE!
And she still has no voice - she always had this tiny, squeaky little meow, which I thought she’d grow out of, but nope, it’s still there! You can just barely hear her!

Yes, there is! She is ALWAYS thinking about something . . . starting something . . . doing something . . . attacking something . . . Her new favorite thing is to try to run out the door when I go out. I have to be very careful about that.

Im afraid two of mine have an uncle daddy. Mommy showed up one day (of course she was pregnant) and the male tomcat in the area we think is her brother. Both have now been “fixed” as well as her two daughters.

Well, my job requires me to be in an office 10 miles from home, so there’s that . . .
Of course, when I do have to work from home (COVID once, and snow days), the kitties do help. I recorded a lecture video last year in which some of the kitties made cameos.

Looks like Uncle Hams has come to an agreement that she’s his lil bud.

Not yet. She might be okay, but sometimes my dad comes into the house to borrow or fix something when I’m not home, and he wouldn’t know to watch out for her. Plus, there are still a million places she could get into and get stuck or lost (like my entire closet). Maybe another week, I think. Ham was about 12 weeks before I started trusting him for long periods out of the crate when I wasn’t home.
