There is just no way I would even consider doing this. The cheapest easiest companion would be a mini or pony. A goat is fun but very hard to fence - mini is much easier to fence. She needs a buddy. Books on natural horsemanship state that alone=dead in horse brain. An isolated wild horse will be eaten, and she just won’t be happy or at peace without constant company.
