I am having many challenges with the Soloshot 3. Who/where can I actually TALK to someone about the problems I am having? The latest is that the green light is on but it will not turn on or turn off. I want to reset it but there is no way to do that from what I am reading online. HELP!
Are they not answering the phone? When I first got mine, I had some issues figuring out exactly what order to do things, and I called customer support and they talked me through it.

Had this problem the other day. Press down and hold the power button for a loooong time. It takes longer than the 30 seconds they told me, I had to hold it for several minutes for it to reset. Of course, now it’s not really wanting to charge. I actually JUST got my new base, I sent my old one back for the same reason (wouldn’t hold a charge) and they just sent me the replacement. Used it twice, won’t charge. I ordered one of the recommended chargers to try, but if that doesn’t work I’m saying Forget it and going to see if I can send it back and get my money back…it’s so disappointing, I loved the idea but I have gotten to use it four times total, including the first one I got.
I second the facebook support groups though. If you facebook message the Soloshot official page, that’s how I got them to respond to me quickly (it took DAYS for them to answer through email). I hear of lots of people not getting any responses on anything though. I kinda think they might be going downhill, lack of people to run customer service, lots of unhappy customers, product that isn’t working right, lack of promised updates (including indoor capability), I wouldn’t be surprised if they go out of business or sell the company.
