That is a shame. So few facilities left in that area. But I think only a fool would buy it for $20M, as it will be underwater in 25 years. Maybe I underestimate the profits though.
The person I think you are alluding too won’t be able to develop and sell lots around this one so I do not think it fits their business model.
Certainly that isn’t stopping people from dumping massive amounts of $$$ into Ocala

That is a good point, haha! Horse people are not well known for the scientific literacy, it’s true. Or for following the news. Still CA will not allow all that area ot be developed for housing like FL does…
