I’m in Ontario and ordered from Gourmet Animal Inc and they were fantastic to deal with.

Wilton tack carries it. I can’t vouch for the product but I order from Wilton often and their customer service is fantastic and they generally have very competitive pricing (again, have not researched this particular product).
