Southeastern US Horseback riding vacations?

Any ideas? Thinking dude ranches or coast riding…
I am a solitary traveler who wants to ride. I would say I am very advanced compared to the average joe.

There is a poster here that has connections to one such dude ranch type business in, I think, Georgia.

Maybe she will tell you about all those places for riding vacations there.

Found it, here, click on the “About Me” tab for more.
You can PM her for more information:

Nice lady, hope she can help you.

I agree with Bluey, OveroHunter seems very knowledgeable and I would definitely look her up if I wanted a riding vacation/resort. She’s always been an asset to this board.

Ahh, great thanks! I will hit her up.

Not exactly a dude ranch - but you can ride on the beach if you go to the Golden Isles in Georgia. I lived on St. Simons Island for over a decade. It is a beautiful area.

You can check out the wild horses on Cumberland Island. It’s on my list - don’t know why I didn’t do it when I lived only a couple Islands away!
